Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Parking Lot Addition Bid – Neosho Housing Authority” and received no later than December 18, 2025 at: Neosho Housing Authority 321 S Hamilton Neosho, MO 64850 Bids will be publicly opened at December 18, 2025 @ 4:00pm .
